Personal Data Retention And Destruction Policy

Wega Group Construction ("Company") retains personal data only for as long as required by the processing purpose; when the period expires or the purpose ceases to exist, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in compliance with KVKK and relevant legislation.

1. Retention Periods

Personal data is retained taking into account periods prescribed by relevant legislation, reasonable periods required by the processing purpose and limitation periods.

2. Destruction Methods

Personal data whose retention period has expired is securely destroyed using deletion/destruction methods for digital records and destruction procedures for physical documents.

3. Periodic Destruction

Our Company maintains internal processes to periodically review personal data and ensure destruction of data whose retention period has expired.
